In the mid 1980’s, Louie Michaels was flying his antique Beachcraft airplane from Ft. Myers, on the southwest coast of Florida, to Holiday Isle, in The Florida Keys, to pick up a load of fresh mahi -mahi and  lobsters for his restaurant. 

The flight was as it usually was,  until he hit a storm that came out of nowhere. Louie had to ditch the plane in the Everglades. An airboat captain found him and took him to dry land. It was there, in the Everglades, that he discovered this blend of oils that had been used by the natives there for years.

They kept their tans longer and skin looking smoother in spite of the harsh climate. It has taken him decades (that’s how Louie got the name Lazy) to finally decide to share this secret with others.
